- All staff, clients and visitors will be requested to provide proof of one dose of a provincially accepted COVID-19 vaccine beginning on September 13, 2021.
- All staff, clients and visitors will be requested to provide proof of two doses of a provincially accepted COVID-19 vaccine beginning on October 24, 2021. This Public Health Order will remain in place until January 31, 2022 or subject to extension by the Provincial Health Officer.
- Where proof of vaccination is not possible IDHHC will provide the most effective service possible through available remote technology.
Please Note: These practices take effect immediately or on dates listed and remain in effect until revised direction is received from the Provincial Health Officer.
