Office Operations Update
We hope you are all staying healthy and continuing to do your part in physical distancing yourself from others to continue to help BC flatten the curve.
Our office, is open by appointment only and many of our staff are working remotely and happy to connect with you via phone, email, or face to face online (Skype or Facetime). If you have any questions or needing support during this time, please reach out to our staff. See contact information here.
We will continue to answer your phone calls between 10am-2pm each day (Monday to Friday in Victoria & Monday to Thursday in Nanaimo), however the phones will not be answered on Friday April 10th or Monday April 13th as our staff will be off for the long weekend.
For Victoria Office Building at 1555 McKenzie Avenue, the outer doors to the building MAY be locked during business hours. If you have an appointment or require service please contact us to arrange access to the Victoria office. Please make appointments for the Nanaimo office as well.
