Captioning Services

Captioning services create inclusive environments by converting spoken language into real-time text. Our professional captionists can seamlessly integrate into your Zoom meetings, accessing the back end of Zoom so that captions appear directly within the Zoom window. Additionally, remote captioning services are available with a simple setup on your end. Captions can also be displayed on a screen at your event, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

During meetings, trainings, presentations, or conferences, the captionist types out everything being said in real-time to ensure full inclusivity. Individual captioning is available on personal devices such as laptops or tablets when a unique URL is provided.
