Janice Todd is a Director at Large, getting involved to help foster inclusion for the Deaf and hard of hearing community, a cohort to which she belongs. Jan currently works in the provincial government as an Accessibility Advisor. She has held diverse roles over a long career in both the public and private sectors. She brings extensive experience in building effective and efficient operational processes, as well as conducting accessibility audits and barrier reviews. Jan is passionate about accessibility, believing that everyone can thrive when they are adequately supported. Jan is a nature lover who enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities, especially fly fishing from her kayak on local lakes. When not out in nature she loves losing herself in a good book.
